Web1 de nov. de 2024 · The magnitude of N (EF) and its atomic composition is important for transport properties (e.g., electrical conductivity and the electronic contribution to thermal conductivity) in metallic system because they represent, qualitatively, the availability of charge carriers at the Fermi surface and their ability to transition to conducting states. WebThe thermal conductivity in the superconducting state is close to this value also because the electronic contribution to it is relatively small at low temperatures. The resistivity ρ of our NbN layer was measured to be 284 µΩcm at 20 K.
