Then it is not tuned correctly. the adjustment has to be made when the engine is warmed up = temperature gauge needle in the middle. WebI noticed that a lot of people are having problems with the emissions. I also had this problem but found an easy solution. All you need to do is adjust the AF ratio to somewhere in the middle of Optimal. For those who don't know it's between 14 and 16. I should also point out that this worked on the stock carbs.
WebYou have to tune the AFR ratio, put it to about 15.7 and then it should pass, fleetari sucks at it and the editor just breaks the game. That's why I don't like using it, i've used it a lot and it just made my game glitchy, but i was so desperate for getting the car through I had to use it and check.
