Obviously there may be throughput problems if you did actually have that number connected and working at the same time. BT do not publish what any updates do to their hubs/routers so it is not surprising that the CS rep did not know what any update contained. WebFeb 23, 2024 · In theory a router can handle up to 250 wireless connection however because the resources/bandwidth are shared if you were to have that many devices connected and they were all using the Internet at the same time your speeds would slow down massively.
