WebMar 14, 2003 · The Comp Cams Extreme roller series is a pretty aggressive ramp though. I have run a custom grind using the extreme street roller lobe profiles and it performed really well. If you chose right you get the horsepower and torque without having to turn tons of RPM and it will maintain a better idle when compared to flat tappet.
